Ya pasamos suficiente frío en invierno y suficiente calor en verano. En vacaciones se merece este apartamento, con calefacción y aire acondicionado.

Lavapiés es un barrio de Madrid habitado por ancianos, inmigrantes y jóvenes y que cuenta con infinidad de lugares entrañables. Esta muy cerca de las atracciones más típicas de Madrid como el rastro, la Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, estación de Atocha, Parque del Retiro, Museo de arte Reina Sofía y Museo del Prado. Caracterizado por mesones y lugares de tapas muy genuinos y fuera de los recorridos turísticos. Existe en este barrio mucha actividad cultural que va desde las salas de teatro alternativo hasta galerías de arte y espectáculos varios.
