CHUECA. The neighborhood of Chueca is one of the most genuine and cosmopolitan of
the city centre. During the eighties was one of the centers of greater
activity of the ''movida''. In the last few years has began also one of
the most popular gay area of Madrid. With several bars and clubs, this
quarter get a really amazing nightlife on a life, maybe one of the most
animated in the night of Madrid. The neighborhood is in full resurgence,
because the rehabilitation of houses and incessant opening of business. In
this small "Soho" of Madrid You can find good and nice places to eat.
Chueca is limited by the street Barquillo, the street
Hortaleza, the Gran Via and the street Fernando VI.

The owner is really nice and friendly. The flat is nice, clean and bright. It´s on a quiet courtyard. Location is really great, close to foods, minimarket and supermarket. 10/15 min walk from anywhere (Plazza Mayor...) and close to 5 metro.

Bonne situation, à deux pas du centre, des transports et des commerces.
Très calme.
Equipement moderne.
Manque de certains éléments de mobilier ( chaises ) et de cuisine ( cafetière électrique, récipients adaptés aux plaques à induction ).

This was quite a cute little apartment. Close to the metro, close to the main st Gran Via. Everything is at a walkings distance - Plaza del Sol, Palacio Real.
The owner was very helpful.
