APPIO LATINO. The "Appio Latino" district was born in 1909. Its centre is "Kings of Rome''''s square"a square full of boutiques where you can do shopping. Bbetween the most important monuments around this area, you can admire Porta San Ssebastiano and the famous "Aurelian walls". The district is connected very well to the rest of the city, thanks to the underground. You cannot miss "parco della Caffarella" and "Villa dei Quintini".

Very clean and nice apartment. Contact person was friendly and the price was right.
Some language barriers, but they were accommodating and patient. The red line train is only a few minutes away, but since it´s under construction the last train stops running at 9pm

Prix très raisonnable pour 1 couple et 3 enfants. Tout le nécessaire est sur place même serviettes de toilette et PQ! Propreté impeccable. Métro à côté, épicerie en face. Proprios ADORABLES, le frère parle anglais.
Confort 3/5 cause un peu bruyant le soir, et à partir de 7h du matin env. on entend les avions au loin: nuisance du même type que celle des éboueurs ou de certains voisins, pas tellement gênante.

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin große, saubere und schön renovierte Wohnung Flughafen Campino, Supermarkt, Drogerie, Markt, Metro-Station...alles in der Nähe. Rauch(er) und Tiere sind nicht erkennbar. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Location is very good - close to a metro station and with convenient shopping at a local market and supermarket next door. There is also a good restaurant very close to the apartment. The owner and her family were extremely helpful and kind.

it was lovely to stay in a normal roman surburbhouse, with normal, and very nice, romans and their shops around. a quiet area also, except the planes. apartment was very clean, nicely furnished. close to metro too!
we missed: a breadknife, a coatrack, and , in 2 bedrooms bedlamps.
