NAVIGLI. Navigli area is the most visited by Milan residents, due to the presence of numerous restaurants, fashionable bars and ethnic clubs. Some decades ago the Navigli circle, which was constituted by small navigable channels that are almost disappearing, encompassed the historic city centre of Milan. Nowadays the ancient handicraft shops of Milan, which date from the beginning of the century have been replaced by modern shops and restaurants, turning the area into one of shopping, design and clubs. You can also visit the Sanctuary of Santa Rita da Cascia and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which is an excellent example of renaissance architecture. There are good connections to the underground, bus and tramway that allow you to reach the main tourist attractions of the city.

-sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung
-netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin
-die Abwicklung hat gut geklappt
-Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (besonders Bettzeug und Geschirr)
-leider keine richtige Siztecke.
why you don't tell mewhen we meet for the chek ou? I personally wash and disinfect all the linnen! I assure that they are very clean!

Very nice contact person. Big apartment and good equipation.
Very complicate heating system, too difficult to increase temperature during night.

We hebben een heel leuk vriedinnenweekend gehad in appartement Via Lodovico. Het was allemaal goed voor elkaar en het contact met de eigenaresse verliep erg prettig. De 20 minuten naar het centrum zijn prima te doen.

The contact person was friendly. Close to the city center. All .appliences you need.
The hot water wasn´t working from the third day on. Our contact person left us a note "All is ok" but it wasn´t. The water was only hot for maybe 2 minutes and then it got freezing cold. So we had to heat water on the stove.

Spacious, computer with internet, completely equipped kitchen, iron
Cleanliness was lacking, no toilet paper when we arrived (not very pleasant) and false instructions how to get to the apartment. we were reffered to take a taxi as the only option when there was good public transportation access.
sorry, but you arrive very late and the pubblic transport are not all the night!for this reason I raccomand to get a taxi.
regarding the toilep paper it is in the furniture in the bathroom.

Nice place,nearby of city.Good pizza restorante(in the same building) and few meters far chinese bar(cheap and quiet good food).Nice owner.

We enjoyed our stay in Milan very well. And our contact person Alessandra were very helpfull and understanding, she helped us in every way she posibly could. We will recomend the appartment to everyone who want to go to Milan.
