The municipality gave few areas inside Tiergarten''s park, and the best architects of those times( Corbusier, Alvar Aalto ...) conceived a neighborhood in modern style, with an exceptional relation with the urban nature and all the comforts and services: underground station, shopping mall (supermarket, restaurants, cafeterias ...). Nowadays Tiergarten and its buildings are classified as National Monument. It is area of broad streets, it possesses big green zones in a very centre of Berlin, an ideal location to enjoy the city.

Il comune concesse alcuni dei propri terreni del parco tiergarten e i migliori architetti del momento(le Corbousier, Alvar Aalto) concepirono un quartiere di stile moderno nel centro della citta, con un interessante equilibrio tra natura e ogni genere di comodita’ e servizi: stazione di metropolitana, centro commerciale(supermercato, ristoranti, caffetterie).

Attualmente il quartiere e i suoi edifici sono classificati come monumento nazionale.Il quartiere nel pieno centro di Berlino ha strade ampie e suntuosi giardini: un luogo privilegiado per conoscere e godersi la citta’.
