FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.

Appartamento molto carino, funzionale, dotato di ogni comfort, a 10 min dalla metro e zona residenziale molto fornita sia di negozi vintage che di supermercati aperti anche di notte. Palazzina ristrutturata da poco e giardino condominiale molto carino. Davvero da consigliare.

Die Wohnung war im Hinterhaus, sehr ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. ÖPNV hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement très propre et spacieux, salle de bain bien équipée. bonne literie. Idéalement situé au calme mais proche d'un quartier animé et de tous les commerces. Emplacement pour ranger des vélos.
Manque table basse et séchoir à linge. Accueil froid à l'arrivée. Pas de conseil sur la vie dans le quartier.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, with secured entry. The surrounding area was fantastic - around Simon-Dach Strasse there is no limit to the amount of bars and restaurants, all with very good prices and service. Highly recommended.
Nothing bad to say about the place - would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and new. Furniture Ikea. Tube station Ostkreuz five minuts walking and five stops from Alexander Platz. Supermarket Lidl oposite.
