What you see is what you get, small price, so when you are out whole day, it's all that you need. Very near to s-bahn station Kölnische Heide (5 min. walk)
It wasn't dirty, but a bit of paint, repair or replace some things and a good cleaning and it good be very better.

el mobiliario algo deteriorado aunue es nuevo, alguien no le dio buen uso. en internet pone q DEJAN TOALLAS Y YO A ESO NO LO PUEDO LLAMAR TOALLA. EL ESTADO DE LA VIVIENDA ES PARA PARAR SOLO PARA DORMIR. PARA MAS LARGA ESTANCIA NO ES CONFORT.

suitable apartment for larger families which is hard to find, friendly, flexible owners
There are no curtains. As there is a street lantern right before the bedroom we slept poorly because the room was to light. Noisy neighbors, thin walls.
