OPÉRA. Opéra is the name of the 9th arrondissement of Paris, located between the Louvre and the Grands Boulevards of Haussmann, Montmartre, Poissonnière and Bonne-Nouvelle. In the southern part on of this diverse residential district on Boulevard Haussmann is Paris'' largest shopping centres and department stores (the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps). The world’s most renowned Opéra Garnier is also found in this district along with the famous Moulin Rouge and the red-light district around Place Pigalle further up north. The streets behind and around both sides of the opera have many banks, Japanese restaurants, cafés and duty-free shops selling luxury brands.

This cosy attic apartment was fully sufficient for a couple of young people spending a four-nights-stay in Paris. We can just recommend it. Comfortable sofa-bed, small, but very practical kitchen corner with everything what is needed, tiny bathroom, historical ceiling and two roof lights above your head. And really friendly and helpful owners. Simply it was perfect and we dont have nothing to complain about.

We were here for 4 nights and found the location to be fantastic. Even though it's small it suited our purposes perfectly.
The landlady was lovely but spoke no English which presented to great problems, however it would have been nice to get some local advice and opinions.
