LA BUTTE-MONTMARTRE. Montmartre, a hilltop neighborhood with a small village feel. Dominating the hill is the Sacré-Coeur basilica. It is incredibly charming and has a wonderful view of the city from the stairs of the basilica. Also famous is the Pigalle area at the base of the stairs for its nightlife: bars and clubs. You can visit The Moulin Rouge and Galeries Lafayette.

It is a cosy appartment with free phonecalls to fixed lines. The owner and the contact person are friendly people. The neighbourhood is very nice. Many shops of all kinds, restaurants and bars.
On arrival the contact person did not have the key to the appartment. It took about half an hour to have it brought. On departure the contact person did not have the refund of our surety with him (forgotten). Hopefully it will be transferred to our bank account. Next to that, I must say that the appartment was not very clean and seems to lack maintenance. The pillows were very stained and the blankets out-dated. The curtains/blinds are ineffective in keeping the sunlight out. There were more than enough wine glasses but very few coffee/tea mugs. The neighbours are very noisy (not only on the stairs) and we got a lot of noise from the street in the early morning (about 06.00). All things considered, we find the price/quality ratio not very good.

Appartamento in una buona posizione per i servizi: negozi e bar e per i trasporti: metro per aeroporto e per il centro. In venti minuti buoni di camminata sei in centro o in dieci sulla cima di Montmatre.
Il livello di pulizia dell'appartamento all'arrivo era veramente indecente, tanto da metterci una giornata intera per pulire, specialmente il bagno e la cucina. Manca realmente manutenzione dell'appartamento dove ci sono parti rotte (persiane) o tende non lavate (in casa). Abbastanza freddo e rumoroso.

tolle Lage hinter Moulin Rouge, alles sehr authentisch sehr nah gelegen an u-Bahn viele einkaufsmölichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe
teilweise muss man frühmorgens mit Lärm der Anwohner und Müllabfuhr von der Straße rechnen die Küche und das Geschirr könnte sauberer sein die Ausziehcouch hat das beste Alter hinter sich

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 4notti e ogni sera mi sembrava di stare a casa mia. Grazie infinite al prpprietario e alla persona di contatto, molto affabili, affidabili e sempre disponibili

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in Lepic! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent...close to the Metro, shopping, restaurants..Our contact persons were helpful and accommodating. It was wonderful!
