L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto carino,ideale per una coppia. La posizione è ottimale,la casa è situata in una zona vivace a esattamente tre passi da piazza della Bastiglia dove si trova anche la stazione della metropolitana. Il proprietario ci ha accolto davvero bene ed è stato molto gentile con noi. consigliato!

Situated in a really nice place is perfect for any kind of travel.The metro station is far only 2 minutes and in 5 minutes you can find a really nice street with a lot of supermarket and nice pub.The owner is really kind and nice.The flat is clean,the bathroom is new and confortable,the kitchen is small but with all the equipment necessary for few days.The discrit is reallt quite and situated near the principal metro line that can carry you on a most famous place in Paris.

Il monolocale, situato in un bel palazzo, è molto silenzioso ed ha una collocazione perfetta dal punto di vista logistico (ai confini del Marais, Metro a 2 minuti). Il bagno è stato appena rinnovato. Essenziale ma gradevole l'arredamento.
Il riscaldamento standard è insufficiente (con temperature esterne di 5°/8° si raggiunge una temperatura interna di 17°) per fortuna ci sono in dotazione due termosifoni elettrici che permettono di raggiungere una temperatura confortevole. La ventilazione forzata del bagno funzionava molto saltuariamente. Un po' approssimativa la pulizia.

Muy bien ubicado. "G" (la persona de contacto) es encantador y servicial. Hasta nos recomendo actividades y traslados. Buena ducha, el agua caliente es ilimitada. Buena calefacción (pleno diciembre). Buenos colchones, imprescindible para el buen descanso....armarios, ventana al exterior, etc

Muy bien comunicado y limpio. La persona de contacto es muy amable y atenta.
Le hace falta mejorar equipamiento de cocina, reparar puerta de la pequeña nevera y grifo de la cisterna del WC

- Heater insufficient @ cold days .. - Spotaneous noise from other apartments - Web photos show it new-it is not!
