In the nearby, there is furthermore the National Library, with more than twelve millions copies and the Bible of Gutenberg, and you can also find a lot of restaurants and Parisian cafés. The connections to public transportation are excellent, but you can also reach the city centre with few steps

+ wifi + fully equipment + 5-10 minutes from Louver + metro station is only 100m from apartment + good communication with Eric and his mother (she doesn't speak English, but it is not a problem)

Really excellent location: a lot of shops, cafe, restaurants about the place. Good tranport network around: Opera - 8 min, Recheliu-Droute - 1 min, Bourse - 5 min, many bus routs.. very comfortable! Good internet connection. Quiet place, it's ok if your window is open all night.
Unfortunatelly there aren't reading light and coffee-maker

Everything you read at the website and saw at the pictures is there! Very clean, great location. Supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, fast food and of course the metro station is 2 minutes away. The owner was very helpful. Definitely would go there again. Great value for money.
The problem was the heating. It was VERY high and you could not do anything to lower it because it is central. We were sleeping with the window open. Outside 8C inside 30C. (We were there on March).

Todo perfecto! Esta a 5 minutos largos,andando,del Louvre.Tiene todo lo que se necesita, esta muy limpio y la persona de contacto sabe español.

It was really good choice, nice, warm, cosy studio flat -exactly as described on the website. Very comfortable bed. Apartment has got everything you need for a short stay. Metro station 2 min away,plenty of shops around, lidl only 5min walk away if you're on the budget ;) Whole complex seemed to be secure, good value for money, would definitely stay there again. Eric was very helpful,organised his friend to come and greet us, as we got there early.
