11/ OBERKAMPF (name of a German industrial, importer of fabric into France) is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Paris. At night by it’s numerous bars and restaurants and during the day by it’s huge market that happens every Tuesdays and Fridays. As well, thanks to it’s location, innumerable monuments in the capital are easily accessed like the Opéra Bastille, and the “Père Lachaise” graveyard.

Excelente opción para personas entre los 16-45, parejas o viajeros solitarios, el lugar es muy tranquilo, tiene todas las comodidades que uno puede esperar. Es como estar en tu propia casa. Muy buenos libros y excelente atención.

We had a really nice stay here. The apartment is very functional and has everything you need. The owner had a great attitude: we had an early flight and he had no problem in arriving at the appt at 5am (without charging extra) for check out.

Lo mejor del piso es su ubicación,a 50m tienes una parada de metro (Goncourt). Los 6 pisos no resultan un inconveniente,el edificio es muy tranquilo por lo que se descansa muy bien.Es el típico apartamento parisino y tiene un encanto especial.
Por lo que nos pareció, en verano puede ser algo agobiante por el calor.
No conseguimos utilizar el internet que se anunciaba y tampoco la vitrocerámica. Además el propietario solo habla frances.

Apartment was near M-stations and it was silent, no noise of cars. In the neigberhood were supermarkets, bakerys and wineshop. Remember take 300e to insurepayment, you get it back. Apartment was safe.

It was great and really close to all the places. You just need one line of the subway to get the main points of Paris.

Very comfortable. Nice arranged furniture and interesting books. Notebook with I-net. Kitchen fully equipped - but we didn´t understand how the induction cooker worked, so we could use only one hotplate. Area was very good - Metro very close!

Lovely, compact, but airy apartment in a great area, not the usual tourist trap but the real cosmopolitan Paris. Close to lots of interesting areas and central to everything.
