12/REUILLY-BOIS DE VINCENNES Reuilly is a residential neighborhood bordered on the west by the Bois de Vincennes (a nice park within a 5 minutes walk). The access to public transport (bus and metro) is very convenient with direct connections to the basic stations Bastille, Opéra, Madelene, Concorde and Invalides. It is a calm and safe district. Nearby you find the renowned Daumesnil Avenue with a lot of banks, comercial centres and a famous market taking place 2-3 times a week.

Good location, easy to find with a sat nav.

Boiler very nosiy, could have been warmer

Une intervention est programmée pour réglé la chaudière. Le chauffage est réglé sur 21. Un radiateur d'appoint a été ajouté au rdc. Des ustensils de cuisine ont été ajoutés. salutations.

reizvolle und sehr ruhige Lage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schnelle Verbindung ins Zentrum.
Großes Wohn-Ess-Zimmer - Freisitz
Sanitäranlagen nicht komfortabel und sehr eng.
Schlafräume winzig.Betten140cm breit.
Empfehlung:Eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher
Treppe innerhalb eines Schlafraumes zum nächsten Schlafraum.
la maison dispose d'une salle de bains avec baignoire, une salle d'eau avec douche. la maison dispose de trois vraies chambres. les plans de la maison sont à disposition sur simple demande. au plaisir. le niveau de confort est bien supérieur au tarif demandé. je vous trouve bien sévère en regard des précédentes critiques.....

Casa dotata di buoni comfort, essenziale e funzionale nell´ arredo, collocata in zona tranquilla e ben servita dal trasporto pubblico
un po trascurato il giardino
durando l estate a causa dei forti caldi, il prato non è tosato per preservarla della siccità. sarà trattato di nuovo in settembre. saluti.

Good condition.House on 3 levels with garden, sleeps up to 8 people, 4 double beds (2 sofa beds), TV, HI-FI,computer with WI-FI. Easy to find train/metro. 30 mins to Paris centre, 1Hr to Disney, 1hr to CDG. Would stay again.
