Although the apartment was a relatviely short walk from the train station, navigating the narrow footpaths was a challenge. But this is not a crticism but only a general comment. We found the location within easy walking distance to all areas of interest, including the markets, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was reasonably appointed for a short duration stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment,especially the garden. We sat outside every morning having our coffee and evening having our vino. This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, which made sleeping a dream, but still very close and accessible to everything. We liked that it was so close to the SMN train station and the Mercato Centrale. Just a 5-10 minute walk to both. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice pasta dinner. Giuseppie was very nice and answered all of our questions, even with the language barrier. We will definitely love to rent this apartment again when we go back to Florence.

The only thing bad we could say about this apartment was the satellite TV. You have to know exactly which satellite to choose in order to get the channels and language you want. There are over 50 satellites to choose from. Thankfully, there was a music station on the regular tv, so we listened to that every morning.

The apartment is delightful. The kitchen has everything that was needed for cooking and cleaning. There is a charming patio for outdoor eating and relaxing. Wonderful location - close to the train station, yet on a side street so feel that you have some privacy. The apartment is also very close to the mercato centrale - a wonderful market, many restaurants, and also close to the Accademia. The owners are very accomodating.

Passei dias excelentes em Florença e o sucesso desta viagem está diretamente relacionado com a delícia de lugar que escolhi para ficar. O apartamento é muito aconchegante e os proprietários, além de simpáticos e atenciosos, foram super profissionais e não deixaram nada faltar. Senti que estava realmente em casa! Estava fazendo bastante frio, mas quando chegava no apartamento tudo estava quentinho, ah, o banho é ótimo! A cozinha tem tudo o que é preciso e há uma excelente iluminação natural pelo maravilhoso sol da Toscana que fica sendo visto das janelas que dão acesso ao jardim. A organização da only-apartments é nota 10. Tudo o que prometido foi cumprido, as informações disponíveis no site eram totalmente reais, tudo o que encontrei superou o que eu esperava. Obrigada a todos!

El sitio es estupendo, cerca de la estación de Santa María Novella y de todos los monumentos. Buena calefacción, que nos aha consolado del frío pasado en la calle en esta ola de frío siberiano. Giuseppe nos acogió como un buen anfitrión, muy atento y con sumo agrado nos transmitió su amor por la Toscana.

Pocas sartenes. La habitación donde esta internet estaba helada a pesar de la calefacción. Menos mal que llevábamos un cable más largo. Los cuchillos de cocina cortan poco.
